Conference Details at a Glance

The full program and registration will be available when the conference website launches in early September. In the meantime, here are some key dates to help with planning:

  • Tuesday, November 4: Optional site tour & pre-conference session (2:00–4:00 p.m.)*; Meet & Greet Reception (7:00 p.m.)
  • Wednesday, November 5: Conference officially opens at 8:30 a.m. - sessions all day - reception that evening
  • Thursday, November 6: Sessions all day - banquet that evening
  • Friday, November 7: Conference concludes at noon

*Additional fee applies for the site tour and pre-conference session.

Host Conference Hotel – The Westin Nova Scotian

A block of rooms is available at the Westin. Accommodations are in high demand, and the room block will fill quickly. The block will be held until October 3, 2025.
